I Stepped Away to Step Into Myself

If you’ve noticed I’ve been a little quiet, you’re not wrong.

I didn’t disappear without reason I paused with intention.

Life started shifting in ways I couldn’t ignore anymore. Internally and externally. And instead of forcing my way through transitions or rushing to explain them, I chose to sit with them. To reflect. To recalibrate. To ask myself some real questions about purpose, fulfillment, and alignment.

I had to get honest about what no longer felt like me.

There were parts of my life that looked good on paper but didn’t feel good in my spirit. There were routines I had outgrown. Roles I was performing out of habit instead of passion. And ideas I was holding onto simply because they once made sense.

So I stepped back.

Not to quit but to realign.

This pause allowed me to reconnect with the things that light me up creatively, emotionally, and spiritually. It helped me understand that pivoting isn’t failure it’s evolution. And choosing yourself, even when it’s inconvenient or misunderstood, is one of the bravest things you can do.

I’m entering a season where my work, my creativity, and my voice are more intentional. More aligned. More reflective of who I am now, not who I was trying to be for the comfort of others.

I’m learning that purpose isn’t always loud. Sometimes it whispers until you finally get quiet enough to listen.

So yes, I’ve been gone for a bit but I’m back with clarity.
Back with direction.
Back with intention.

This next chapter is about creating from a place of authenticity instead of obligation. Moving in ways that feel rooted instead of rushed. And allowing myself to grow without guilt.

If you’re in a season of transition give yourself grace. Pivoting doesn’t mean you’re lost. It means you’re listening.

And that’s where real purpose begins.
